Someone answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Call if you would rather talk it through. Questions about which service fits, whether we cover an address, or how a gurney trip works are all normal things to ask.
Please do not send medical records or test results by email. If we need details about a rider, we will find a safer way to collect them.

In an emergency, call 911
Caleo does not respond to emergencies. If someone is having chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, or sudden confusion, call 911 instead of calling us.
Service area
Los Angeles County, California. We cover the county broadly, from the Antelope Valley to the harbor.
We are not taking trips yet
Caleo is completing state and local licensing. We cannot schedule rides until that is finished, so please do not plan a trip around us right now.
Questions are still welcome, and we are glad to talk with case managers and facilities about what is coming.
